Following years of experience in industrial, leisure and housing constructions as well as the large infrastructure projects that took place in Greece the last years, three engineers that are linked with close family relations and cover all technical spectrum of engineering practice founded in 2004 their company under the name Dimitrios Malamoulis & Co ltd under the characteristic title “klimax ltd” meaning in Greek : “The ladder” with main objective housing development.
